Anti-Microbial, Anti-Bacterial, Anti-Odour Finish
Antimicrobial finishing is one of the special type of finishing given to textiles to keep garment and fabric free from micro organisms .Today in the era of eco friendly operation and use it has become very important for human being also to live in a world of hygiene and freshness .The major hindrance comes in their way is micro organisms which are the causative agents of deterioration , staining , odor and health hazards, so it becomes very important to finish the garment with some specialty chemicals which can restrict the growth of these micro organisms and for these the above special finish has been given to the fabric . Here we are using the chemical FABSHIELD AEM 5700 of Rossari Biotech which tied up with AEGIS the no 1 brand for anti microbial finishing in USA

Aroma Finish (Embrocia Aroma Finish & Lavender Aroma Finish)
Aroma finish is for fabric or garment which on abrasion or rubbing emit perfume smell ,When fabric is lying idle its capsules are closed hence don't emit aromas .The finish is wash durable , Perfumes used in aroma finish are safe for children garments . The type of perfume used in this finish are different and applied as per buyer's demand and manufactures availability .Embrocia aroma finish and Lavender aroma finishes are not two type of finish , It is AROMA FINISH on which we applied two type of perfumes of Embrocia smell and Lavender smell.

Bio Polishing / Anti Pilling Finish
To reduce pilling / hairiness and to get surface clean appearance on the fabric and to improve hydrophilic nature, the bio polish treatment was given. The treatment has given as per customers demand or depending on the fabric quality whether it required bio polishing or not.

End use
Outer wear for rainy season, uniform for chemical industry, bags etc..

Breeze Finish
The fabric/garment finished with the Breeze finish, when subjected to different odours like sweat, smoke, etc, are absorbed and the fragrance (which may be applied by the user during the last stage of home laundering is retained by the garment) is slowly released. So fragrance found during the washing will remain in the fabric even after absorbing the surrounding smell of the environment. The finish will enable the user to feel fresh. Say for example, a person wearing the breeze finished garment and moving in market place (fish market) or at a place of crowd smoking, will feel fresh. The garment does not absorb & emit the bad odour, which makes the user to feel fresh. The breeze finish - fabric character to retain the fragrance, is stable for 15 washes (Home laundering). The fragrance applied is only stable for 1 or 2 washes.

Flame Retardant Finish
Effective fire protection has become particularly important as a result of legilation and rising requirements of the textile market in terms of Safety and function. The demand of flame retardancy has grown to encompass all textile sectors. Beside a constantly growing demand for the private domestic sector, flame retardancy is especially required in the public sector e.g. banks, offices, hotels and public transportation. The effectiveness of the flame retardant and thus the flame retardancy is characterized by various test standards to evaluate the flame retardancy of the textiles.

End use

Fragrance Finish
This is a fragrance applied on the fabric which already is Breeze finished. This fragrance will remain in the fabric for 1 to 2 washes (home laundering @ 40 deg temp.). After washing the fabric, further any type of fragrance can be added while or after washing the fabric (by spraying the fragrance).

Frost Finish
FROST FINISH - an unique Finish using a combination of specialty chemicals which not only imparts a soft and supple feel to the fabric, but also cools the fabric by 5 - 7*C. These are some basic properties of frost finish fabric FROST FINISH Fabric feels up to 7*C Cooler on the Human skin, Improves Hydrophilicity of the fabric ,Quick Moisture Transportation for comfort , High Rate of Evaporation so faster drying , Imparts Dirt and Stain repellant properties by antistatic properties.

This is not any type of finish, It is one type of dyes basically manufactured from vegetables and herbs. Consumers in both developed and developing countries who are conscious about environment have developed a taste of eco friendly products along with a concern to protect and preserve the healthy green environment and this is the aim.

The main purpose to use herbal dyes are:

Insect Repellant Finish
Insect repellant finish ionizes the air in the surrounding up to one meter and repels insects like mosquitoes, flies, ants etc...... The insects get paralyzed when it falls directly on this cloth (finished fabric), This finish is totally nontoxic and is also approved for children under garments.

Moisture Management
Developed in dri-fit fabric, it is achieved during the dyeing stage and not during finishing stage after adding special chemicals. To improve hydrophilic on the dri-fit fabric.

Nanocare Finish, Wickable, Soil Release & Wrinkle Free, Easy Care Finish
In other word it termed as finish of "Oil repellency, Soil release, moisture management and wrinkle free finish", it is totally different from Teflon finish. The finish have a special property by which the fabric will increase its capillary action to absorb moisture to cool the body and at the same time it has properties to release stain and oil stain easily by its hydrophobic nature .The fabric became wrinkle free after the treatment. As it is a multi purpose special finish it can be used in various apparels .

Oxy Rich Finish

Teflon Finish In 100% Cotton
Teflon finish is a basically protective finish, hydrophobic in nature and used as oil and water repellant, rain proof, stain and soil repellant finishing of cotton, viscous and their blends with synthetic fiber.

U.V.Finish
Nowadays different type of special finish has been given to the fabric / garment to keep human being safety and fresh. Out of them U.V protection finish plays a great role in African countries and countries where Hot and humid climate expected .To save around 70% to 80% ultra violet radiation of the Sun, the UV finish has been given on the garment. Normally the garment without U.V finish having the UPF (Ultra violet protection factor) of 10 to 20 , Where as after UV finish the garment have UPF of 50 to 80 + depending upon the type of fabric quality . So increase the UPF rating is increase of U.V protection .UPF has been categorized as per Rating by Australian standard (AS/NZS 4399: 1996)
