Properties of Bamboo Blends
Natural Wicking Properties – due to the micro-gaps inherent in the fabric after knitting, bamboo quickly absorbs moisture.
Cool – Bamboo fabric is breathable and can be 1-2 degrees cooler than clothing made with conventional fabrics.
Natural UV Protection – bamboo absorbs certain UV wavelengths.
Anti-Bacterial Properties – inherent “bamboo-kun”, an anti-bacterial bio-agent in bamboo fabrics, provides a natural anti-bacterial property.
